Please verify if accounts are locked before contacting SLS helpdesk or school admins for unlocking
subject teachers are able to reset student accounts before they get locked.
If a student is still unable to unlock their account after contacting the helpdesk, teachers to send a request via CES email to any of the following SLS admins and CC the rest of the admins to unlock the student's account:
