FAQ
Q1: How do I loan out ICT equipment like iPads, Chromebooks, Visualizers, Laptops, etc.?
A: Fill up your requests here at least 48hrs in advance. This is to allow to our ICT Manager, Mr Vincent Chua, (chua_seng_yeon_vincent@moe.edu.sg) time for preparation and also to inform you of availability of equipment or alternative arrangements required.
(IMPT: remember to sign in after you return the items.)
Q2: What are the routines when using the computer labs/ICT rooms?
Enter the lab before the class (to check the equipment).
Report of any faults (see Q3).
Arrange the pupils outside of the lab.
Get pupils to take their necessary materials in hand.
Make pupils leave their bags in the front of the lab.
When issuing out laptops, take note of the numbers issued to each student. (This is to help us trace any irregularities, if any).
End early enough to conduct a check to your satisfaction.
Ensure the cleanliness of the lab.
Switch off the projector, air-conditioners and lights after use.
Leave only after the last student has left.
