Please indicate the following clearly on your child's/ward's P1 pass in the lanyard cardholder:
Mode of Dismissal
If your child/ward takes the school bus, state the bus number.
If he/she goes home with an older sibling from MFPS (non-school bus), please write his/her sibling's name and class. They will wait for their sibling(s) at the canteen.
Meal Preference
Do write down any food allergies on the P1 pass.
Emergency Contact Number
External Student Care Arrangement
Write the name of the external agency, the pick-up point (Gate C or D) or vehicle number (where applicable).
The following items must be in your child’s/ward’s school bag on a normal school day:
(a) One pencil case containing:
-2 sharpened 2B pencils
-1 eraser
-1 sharpener
-1 ruler
(b) 1 box of coloured pencils (12 colours)
(c) A storybook for Silent Reading
-1 storybook of any language (Mon)
-1 Mother Tongue storybook (Tue & Wed)
-1 English storybook (Thu & Fri)
(d) 1 Personal File (For filing worksheets, notifications, etc.)
(e) Student Handbook (Will be issued on first week of school)
(f) 1 Thermometer (Will be issued on first week of school)
(g) 1 Water bottle (filled with plain water only)
Use the checklist below (also found in Parents' Guidebook page 20) to guide your child/ward in packing his/her school bag for the first four days of school. The items listed will be collected and kept by the teachers on the respective days.
Please ensure all items are clearly labelled with your child’s/ward’s full name and class.
