Juying's Applied Learning Programme (ALP) aims to ‘Develop Confident, Competent and Empathetic Communicators’. Juying's ALP has a holistic framework that focuses on the 5Es – ‘Engage, Excite, Explore, Enrich and Empower’.

In Juying Secondary School, our Learning for Life Programme (LLP) is in PASSION and we aim to 'Develop Self-Directed and Intrinsically Motivated Learners through PASSION'. The school adopts the 5E – Excite, Explore, Enrich, Empower, Engage approach in the planning, execution and review of the PASSION framework.

The Juying Achievers Programme is offered to the top 10% of students in our Secondary 1 to 3 cohorts based on academic achievements. It focuses on the holistic development of our high-achieving students, and aims to provide exposure and different opportunities to stretch their potential to the fullest by fostering critical thinking, effective communication, intrinsic motivation and self-directed learning.
