Make sure your device is plugged in and connected to the internet with Wi-Fi. Then follow these steps:
Launch Settings app
Go to General
Select Software Update
Choose to Download and Install for iPadOS xx
After the install and restart in completed, go to
Settings -> General -> About
The iPadOS Version should show the latest version
