Handling of Mobile Carts E and F for Level 4 Classes

1 Booking

1. • Mobile Cart E and/or F must be booked at least 1 day in advance via RBS.

   • Teachers to scan the QR Code in class for daily schedule.

2 Deployment by DEs

1. • DEs will deliver Mobile Cart E and/or F to the first classroom before lessons begin.

3 Collection by Next Teacher/ICT Buddies

1. • After each lesson, the next class teacher or ICT buddies will collect Mobile Cart E and/or F from the previous classroom as per the schedule.

4 Class-to-Class Handover

1. • Throughout the day, the next class will retrieve Mobile Cart E and/or F from the previous classroom.

5 End-of-Day Collection

1. • At the end of the day, DEs will collect Mobile Cart E and/or F from the final classroom and return them to the Computer Lab.

Pointers:

- Mobile Carts E and F are intended for use in Level 4 classrooms — specifically for 5C, 5D, and all Primary 6 classes.

- Each cart has 20 iPads. Please book both carts if 40 devices are needed.

- The code for the number lock will be shown on RBS during booking.

- Please do not share the code with students, including the ICT buddies.

- Teachers must ensure that there are 20 iPads are in each mobile cart before handing to/taking over from another class.

- Classes whose next lesson is at an external venue (ISH etc) should park the mobile cart OUTSIDE their classroom. DO NOT lock it in the classroom so that the following class’s teacher/ICT buddies can collect the mobile cart smoothly.
