Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

For students who have already been granted the FAS (2024), the staff from our school's General Office will be contacting you by 21 December. If you did not receive a call from us by 21 December, please call the General Office on 22 December, between 8.30am to 12.30pm. 

For those students who would like to apply for FAS (2024), please fill in the FAS application form which can be found via this link here. 

Please bring along the form and all the relevant documents that are stated in the FAS application form to the General Office before proceeding to purchase the books and uniforms in CCHM on 26, 27 or 28 Dec (on the same day as the date you have booked to come to school to purchase books and uniform).
