MOE Identity Management System (MIMS) currently serves as the digital identity for students for various MOE applications, e.g. Student Google Account, Student Learning Space etc. Students will be able to enjoy the convenience of logging into the various MOE digital tools with the same MIMS username and password.

Self-Service Password Reset Service
With the MIMS Student Self-Service Password Reset Service, students would be able to perform the password reset yourself if they forget their password.
To enable this, student will need to perform a one-time set up of answers to challenge questions in your MIMS Portal to enable student self-service password reset when required.

1. What should I do if I've forgotten my Student MIMS login password?
If you're unable to reset your password on your own, contact your form teacher for assistance. Your form teacher will submit a request to the school's ICT team to have your password reset.
2. How should I respond to these error messages?
"Your account is temporarily locked to prevent unauthorized use"
"We detected an unusual sign-in attempt"
Contact your form teacher for assistance with these issues.
For password resets or account activation support from the school, you can either inform your form teacher directly or complete this form: go.gov.sg/fcp-reset-pw
Once the password reset process is finished, your form teacher will provide you with the new password.
