2026 PCPS ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMES

We are still waiting for parents to give their consent by 28 Jan 2026, for consent forms that were sent out on 27 Jan 2026.  If we have any vacancies, we will send consent forms to the balloted students on the waiting list.

All parents/ guardians who have applied for Enrichment Programmes through the Google Forms will receive a notification if the child/ward is NOT balloted by 31 Jan 2026.

Updates as of 27 Jan 2026

We have overwhelming applications for Chinese Oratorial Training.  Hence, we are sending out NEW CONSENT FORMS to P2 and P3 students today, to allow more students to join the Chinese Oratorical Training.  Note the NEW ending time applies to ALL students whose parents have already given consent and to the new students who are going to receive the consent forms today.

• P2 & P3 Term 1 & 2 Tue Chinese Group 1 Oratorical Training  (ends at 3.30 pm) 

• P3 & P4 Term 1 & 2 Wed Chinese Group 3 Oratorical Training (ends at 3.30 pm) 

• P2 & P3 Term 2 & 3 Tue Chinese Group 2 Oratorical Training  (ends at 3.30 pm)

• P2 & P3 Term 2 & 3 Wed Chinese Group 3 Oratorical Training (ends at 3.30 pm)

The following enrichment programmes are full.  Consent forms were sent to students who were balloted for the programme.

CLOSE OF BALLOTING

All students who are successfully balloted for the Enrichment Programmes have received the consent form through Parents Gateway and parents have given their consent.  

Thank you for your participation.  

REMINDER TO STUDENTS

Parents would need to take note of the starting date of the sessions and remind your child to stay back after school to attend the Enrichment Programmes.  For students safety, they are not allowed to leave the school for lunch.

NO MAKE-UP CLASS FOR ABSENTEES

There is no make-up lesson if a student is absent for the Enrichmment Programme.

Please inform the enrichment teacher if your child/ward needs to be absent from any lesson.

NEW LESSON SCHEDULE

There are some changes in the dates for Chinese Oratorical Training and Term 2 Robotics.

Parents could indicate their interest for the Enrichment Programmes through the registration form. Please note that Registration does NOT confirm that the student gets a place in the enrichment programme.  

Balloting will take place if the enrichment is over subscribed.  If the student is successfully registered for the module, a confirmation will be sent through Parents Gateway by 24 Jan 2025, Friday.

ABOUT OUR ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMES 

The school is offering enrichment programmes (EP) designed for students who are performing well in their academic subjects and do not need to participate in Academic Support Programmes (Remedial). These programmes aim to develop skills and competencies that extend beyond grades and exams. They provide students with the chance to explore their interests and engage in meaningful activities after school.

WHO CAN APPLY 

Important note: 

Students who wish to apply must be dedicated and not participate in other school activities during the same timeframe. If your child or ward is chosen for Academic Support (such as remedial, SDR, or RRP), they will need to forfeit their spot in the enrichment programme, as priority is given to Academic Support to address learning gaps and CCA commitments.
