Light Sensing Circuits

Sec 3 DT Electronic Circuit

1) Refer to Sec 3 DT Electronic LDR circuit Lesson 1 - LED will turn off in the dark to build your circuit using TinkerCad first followed by the actual components.

2) Refer to Sec 3 DT Electronics LDR circuit Lesson 2 - LED turns ON in the dark to build your circuit using TinkerCad first followed by the actual components.

Step 1: Insert components

LED pin 21 + (longer lead) , Pin 22 - (shoter lead)

Step 2:

Red: LDR1 to positive terminal

Step 3:

Green: Trimmer2 to negative terminal

White: Trimmer3 to LDR2

Step 4:

Black: LDR2 to R1

Brown: R2 to BJT2(base)

Orange: BJT1(Emitter) to LED+

Step 5:

Yellow: LED- to negative terminal

Blue: BJT3(collector) to positive terminal
