Tips before you start:
1) If you are using a smartphone/tablet, you may want to mirror the screen onto a smart TV for a better viewing experience. Your whole family can join in too!
2) Put your devices on a table / handphone stand. Make sure your hands are free when you exercise.
3) Be in your comfortable wear (i.e. T-shirt and shorts).
4) Ensure you have ample space for you to move about.
5) Hydrate yourself before and after the workout.
6) Stop immediately if you do not feel well.
1) Click on your LEVEL (e.g. Pri 1),
Click on PHYSICAL EDUCTION and access the lesson for that day.
2) Complete the workout.
3) Enjoy the brain break from your work!
