The Singapore Science & Engineering Fair (SSEF) is a national competition organised by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), and Science Centre Singapore (SCS). The SSEF is affiliated to the prestigious International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), which is regarded as the Olympics of science competitions.
The Junior Scientist Category under SSEF is open to all budding and passionate scientists who have conducted research and projects in the preceding year either as Secondary 1 or 2 students.
Students are required to submit a science or engineering project that they have done as an individual or a team of not more than three members and present their ideas to judges during SSEF.
