Do obey all traffic rules and signals.
Always stop for vehicles at intersections. Don't assume that cars will stop for you.
Stay hydrated. Consider drinking 2 cups of water about 15 minutes prior to your run, and if running a long distance (>30 minutes) make sure to have water with you or accessible on your route.
Watch out for Uneven Surfaces
Avoid running during midday when its very hot out.
Wear proper footwear and make sure shoelaces are tied.
Do Not run if you are feeling unwell.
Do not run for 2 weeks after you had Covid vaccination.
If you got Covid positive, please go and visit a doctor and take medical certification and do not run.
Do your warm up and cool down exercises before and after the run.
Run with an adult. If running alone, make sure that you have emergency info of your family members kept on you. Make sure someone knows your planned route and approximate time you will return.
