There are some changes. There WILL NOT be any more Friday training sessions from this week until end of Term 3, as the Auditorium will not be available.

In place of that, we will start the Tuesday and Thursday sessions earlier. If you do not have academic coaching, please come earlier.

Also, importantly, as the O-level Prelim exams for the Sec 4/5s are taking place at the sports hall, please DO NOT enter the sports hall until one of us teachers opens the glass doors. There are also only 3 badminton courts available.

We will be continuing with eCCA for a while. We will resume next week starting 18 Oct (Mon), and the sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 4.15pm to 5.45pm.

It has been a while since the teachers and coaches have seen some of you face to face. We wonder how you are doing. As such, we would like you to commit to coming for eCCA at least once a week. The National School Games will likely proceed in January 2022 and as such, the players who are likely to represent the school will also need to be ready physically. Hence the need for a consistent eCCA turnout.

Dear Gentlemen,

You would have heard that schools will shift to conduct eCCA. As such, the face-to-face sessions will be replaced with eCCA sessions that will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays for these coming two weeks.

These sessions are optional as you may be facing certain constraints (e.g physical environment) that will not allow you to join in. Having said that, you will need to maintain your physical condition and agility and these sessions will help you in that. 

You will need the following:

a) 2m by 2.5m space in your house for the static exercises.

b) Dressed in CCA / Badminton attire including shoes (which protects from feet and ankle injuries). Please use an exercise or yoga mat if you have one.

c) Laptop/computer/phone with both the camera and microphone operational, so that teacher and coach can monitor your movements. You will need to have Zoom installed.
