One of the few combined school teams in Singapore, our Hockey team is the result of a unique and meaningful partnership between Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road) and Queensway Secondary School, forming the ACSBR–QSS Hockey Team. This collaboration not only broadens sporting opportunities for students from both schools but also enriches their learning experience through shared resources, coaching expertise, and diverse team dynamics.

The CCA provides a platform for students to discover and develop their passion for hockey, while fostering strong camaraderie, teamwork, and mutual respect. By bringing together students from different school cultures and backgrounds, the ACSBR–QSS partnership encourages inclusivity, nurtures social skills, and strengthens inter-school bonds. Beyond honing technical skills, the team environment instils resilience, discipline, and sportsmanship—values that benefit our students both on and off the field.
