Dear Parents/Guardians,

At the end of Secondary 2, your child/ward will be taking part in the Secondary 3 Subject Combination Selection Exercise. This exercise will allow your child/ward to choose the subjects he would like to study in upper secondary, based on his academic performance in Secondary 2 and his personal interests.

We hope that this microsite will provide you and your child/ward with the necessary information to make a well-informed choice. Do have a balanced conversation with your child/ward, taking into account his interests, aptitude and motivation, with the support of the information provided on the website. As a starting point, you may wish to explore the sections on "Possible Subject Combinations", "Simulation Calculator" and "FAQ".

Please note that all the subject combinations offered will prepare students for further studies in post-secondary education.

Students may or may not be allocated to their preferred subject combination, as the allocation of places will depend on merit, order of choice and availability of resources (in this order).
