LEE CHONG WEI
Lee Chong Wei (born 21 October 1982) is a Malaysian former professional badminton player. As a singles player, Lee was ranked first worldwide for 349 weeks, including a 199-week streak from 21 August 2008 to 14 June 2012. He is the fifth Malaysian player after Foo Kok Keong, Rashid Sidek, Roslin Hashim and Wong Choong Hann to achieve such a ranking (since official rankings were first kept in the 1980s), and is the only Malaysian shuttler who has held the number one ranking for more than a year.
Lee is a triple silver medalist at the Olympic Games, and the sixth Malaysian to win an Olympic medal.He won his first silver medal in 2008, also the first time a Malaysian had reached the finals in the men's singles event. This achievement earned him the title Datuk. He repeated the achievement twice more in 2012 and 2016, thus making him the most successful Malaysian Olympian in history.

LIN DAN
Lin Dan (Chinese: 林丹; born 14 October 1983) is a Chinese badminton player. He is a two-time Olympic gold medallist, five-time World champion, two-time World Cup champion, two-time Asian games gold medalist, four-time Asian Champion, as well as a six-time All England champion. Widely regarded as the greatest badminton player of all time, by the age of 28 Lin had completed the "Super Grand Slam", having won the full set of all nine major titles in the badminton world of his time: Olympic Games, World Championships, World Cup, Thomas Cup, Sudirman Cup, Year-end Finals, Asian Games, and Asian Championships, becoming the third player to achieve this feat after Ge Fei and Gu Jun.
Of the 9 major events, he had won at least 2 of each events except the Year-end Finals where he won once in his only time participating in that event. He also became the first men's singles player to retain the Olympic gold medal by winning in 2008 and successfully defending his title in 2012

Taufik Hidayat (born 10 August 1981) is an Indonesian retired badminton player who is the current Deputy Minister for Youth and Sport of Indonesia. He is a former World, Olympic, two time Asian Games, and three time Asian champion, and the youngest world number one in the men's singles. Hidayat has won the Indonesia Open six times (1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006). He is considered one of the great men's single players in badminton history and has earned the nickname "Mr. Backhand".
At age 17, he won the Brunei Open and reached the semifinals of the 1998 Asian Championships and the Indonesia Open. In 1999, Hidayat won his first Indonesian Open title. In the same year he also reached the final of the All England and the Singapore Open but lost the finals to his great rival, Peter Gade and his senior in the national team Heryanto Arbi respectively. In 2000, Hidayat, at just 19 years old, achieved the world number ranking for winning the Malaysia Open, Asian Championships, and Indonesia Open. He also, once again, came runner-up at the All England Open as he was defeated by Chinese player, Xia Xuanze.
PETER GADE
PETER GADE
Peter Høeg Gade (born 14 December 1976 in Aalborg, Denmark) is a Danish former professional badminton player. He currently resides in Holte in Copenhagen. He has two children with the former handball player Camilla Høeg.
Gade made his mark in badminton history through his All England Open Badminton Championships singles title in 1999 and his five European Championships crowns in the men's singles event. He topped the world rankings from 1998 to 2001. With his 22 Grand-Prix titles, he is one of the sport's most successful players. On 22 June 2006, he briefly recaptured the number one spot in the world rankings. This was achieved after winning the Singapore Open and reaching the quarter-final at the Malaysia Open.
With his defeat in the quarter-finals of the 2012 French Open, Gade retired from international competition.
His playing style is known for fast attacks, smooth footwork and constant pressure. His deception is particularly creative for a world badminton player, and he uses a widely recognised and highly successful "trademark shot" (the so-called "double action" of the racket sends the shuttle to the back of the court, while aiming to bring the player towards the net)

The Legends' Vision gathered at the 110th All England Badminton Championships finals, showcasing the accuracy, power and speed required to reach the top in some fun and unique games.
At the Legends Vision World Tour England exhibition, Team White, led by Legend Taufik Hidayat and supported by Kim Gi Jung, Marcus Ellis, Akane Yamaguchi and Keigo Sonda went head to head with Team Gold, led by Legends Lin Dan and Lee Yong Dae, supported by Lauren Smith, Ratchanok Intanon and Takeshi Kamura.
The Legends’ Vision initiative promotes a greater awareness and increased participation in badminton. The Legends’ Vision goal is to give something back to the communities where World Tour and Legacy Tour events are staged. Legends' Vision hopes to leave a lasting legacy for the generations to come, and to inspire communities to become more involved in the sport that The Legends love so much. Once fierce opponents on the court, five of the greatest badminton players of all time have united to drive this initiative as they face their greatest challenge.
