CARA MENBUAT TEMPAHAN KAD MATRIKS / PSS

TEMPAHAN/LAPORAN SMART CARD PSS UNTUK TING 2 , 3, 4 ,5]

Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera.

Kepada murid-murid yang mempunyai masalah berkaitan kad PSS seperti: 

1. Kehilangan Kad PSS

2. Kad PSS masih belum diterima (sudah bayar)

3. Murid baharu (berpindah) 

4. Kad PSS rosak/butiran diri yang salah (salah No Kad pengenalan atau ejaan nama)

5. Lain-lain

Murid perlu lengkapkan Google Form yang diberikan untuk tindakan lanjut daripada unit Pusat Sumber. Terima kasih.

MENGAPAKAH BAHAN KOLEKSI RUJUKAN TIDAK BOLEH DIPINJAM 

Bahan-bahan koleksi rujukan tidak terdapat di bahagian pinjaman kerana bahan tersebut lebih berbentuk akademik dan sesuai digunakan untuk tujuan penyelidikan, manakala buku/bahan di bahagian pinjaman adalah lebih berbentuk bahan bacaan ringan
