RAMEN CHALLENGE
RAMEN CHALLENGE
Ramen Challenge is a project created for teachers and students who participated in KOMTEP 2021. Ramen, or instant noodle, is a meal widely known for its affordable yet delicious, easy to cook delicacy which is loved by almost everyone. Ramen Challenge aim to build closer relationship between Malaysia and South Korea through the similarities and differences of this comfort food in order to know each other cultures better.
Students are required to cook 2 kind of ramen for the project. The first ramen is their own country's ramen, with their own unique method and recipe. The second ramen is the other country's ramen that has the most vote, with a twist using their local ingredient.
Teachers will compile the project outcomes and produce a printed book entitled 'Meals from 2 countries: Ramen Edition'
