STUDY TECHNIQUES :
Active Recall : reinforces learning by forcing you to retrieve information from memory, which strengthens neural connections and improves long-term retention.
How ? Instead of passively reading or reviewing notes, actively test yourself on the material. Create flashcards, use practice questions, or summarize information from memory.
The Fey man Technique : help learners gain a deep understanding of a concept and identify gaps in their knowledge.
How? Choose a concept to learn and pretend to teach it to a beginner, this helps you to break down complex material to easy steps.
Pay attention to areas you struggle to explain. Go back to your study materials to review and fill in the missing information and repeat the process until you can explain the topic clearly and concisely
TIME MANAGEMENT :

After 3-4 pomodoro, take any minutes to break and repeat it again.
