To start a business, you can use SSM to register a business. The following is a guide for you to register on the SSM portal.

Here’s the guide in English for registering a business using the SSM EzBiz Portal:

Step 1: Access the EzBiz Online Portal

 1. Visit the official EzBiz website::(https://ezbiz.ssm.com.my/)

 2. Log in using your account. If you don’t have one, click “Sign Up” to register.

Step 2: Register for an EzBiz Account

 1. Fill in your personal details such as name, MyKad number, email, and password.

 2. Once completed, your account will need to go through an identity verification process.

Step 3: Verify Your Identity

There are two ways to verify your identity:

 1. At the SSM counter:

 • Bring your MyKad to any SSM branch for verification.

 • Once verified, you can log in to EzBiz.

 2. Online verification (e-KYC):

 • Follow the instructions on the portal to verify your identity electronically.
