Daily Commitment:
Allocate approximately 4 hours per day to complete the assigned tasks.
Task Completion:
Students are required to complete the tasks under Study Materials, Online Exercises, and C1 Vocabulary/Structure each day. Upon completion, they should mark the corresponding checkbox. A total of 48 checkboxes will be ticked if all assigned exercises across the study period are completed.
Weekly Reflection:
At the end of each week (Sunday), complete the Reflection Questions honestly and thoughtfully.
Skill Focus:
Each week emphasizes one main language skill (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Integrated Skills).
Self-Responsibility:
Use self-access resources responsibly and stay on schedule even during self-learning days.
Guided Days vs Self-learning Days:
During Guided Days, lecturers are expected to facilitate structured and scaffolded tasks, utilising the 28 hours of guided learning allocated for direct student engagement. Self- learning days, on the other hand, should promote independent learning and encourage students to take responsibility for their own progress.
Feedback:
Review students’ weekly reflections and provide short, constructive feedback in the allocated column.
Adaptation:
Feel free to adjust the activities based on students’ needs and proficiency levels, especially during Self-learning learning days.
