For me, both country have a great ideas to fight against this problem, but i think the best one is CHINA

The reason i choose China over Malaysia is because:

• They invest more to renewable energy by built more wind farm and more renewable energy platform which can be used for a long times.

• They also planted billions of trees so they can build a green atmosphere around them . This initiative only prefer a low cost money so they can control their expenses and can use their budget for another problems.

• China also produce an EV car, so their peoples can use EV with a low budget because they don't need to import another country EV car which will cost them more. They also can export their car to another countries and it can increase the country economy.
