Welcome to BORNEO INNOVATION AND INVENTION COMPETITION 2025 by BINTULU VOCATIONAL COLLEGE! We are excited to have you on board.

The goal of this competition is to establish relations between schools, colleges, universities, skill-based institutions, Vocational Colleges of Malaysia, as well as invited institutions from ASEAN country with the focus of having students to improve their current skill set. Not to mention, building their personality and improving discipline.

Instructions:
1. Each SCHOOL/INSTITUTION can submit more than 1 entry.
2. Participation is individually or in groups which is not exceeding seven (7) people and including one (1) escorting teacher/lecturer.
3.The competed project must be self-designed or an innovation of an existing design and has never won any competition.

4. Participants are asked to provide presentation materials such as a Video Presentation of 5 minutes duration and a Poster Presentation in English or Bahasa Melayu. The presentation materials should be uploaded to a Google Drive folder created by participants and the link should be shared with us in the following form.
5. The Best 10 Entries for each selected category will make a presentation for 10 MINUTES ONLY including a Question and Answer Session during the closing ceremony.

6. Only complete entries with FULL PAYMENT that has been paid during the registration will be accepted to participate in the competition. The competition fee will not be refunded if the participant withdraws last minute from the competition or failure to submit the project.  Payment details are as below:

01st Julai 2025 - 30th September 2025: Registration and video submission (Project or product)

22nd September 2025 - 04th October 2025: Project Assessment (Qualification to Final Stage)

06th October 2025 : Announcement of Qualified Participants to the Final Stage

09th October 2025 : Presentation for 20 finalists (10 Finalists for Each Category)
08th November 2025 : Adjournment Opening Ceremony & Award announcement
