I currently teach middle school Latin at Trinity Episcopal School in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I first learned about the Modern Classrooms Project during a school-wide professional development In the summer of 2020. We wanted a better way to present lessons remotely to our learners. MCP revolutionized my teaching and allowed me to be there for my students, even if I wasn't there in person! I became a DMCE in 2022 and am currently working toward becoming an Expert Mentor!
One thing I love about MCP is that my grammar lessons are available to students at any time, whether they need to review the material or missed the class where I introduced it!
When not at school, you can find me crocheting stuffed creatures, cuddling my dog, playing games (video and tabletop RPGs), and refereeing roller derby!
