Colby did an incredible job for our wedding in early September. We had two signature cocktails and he was very communicative and approachable for months leading up to the event, regardless of how small our questions were. He even helped pour wine over dinner for us. Our guests even remarked how nice our bartender was!

We used Modern Bartender for a corporate event, and they were AMAZING! We got a signature drink for our event included in our package and it was a crowd fav! I can't thank Colby enough for helping make our event amazing. If you are looking for a bartender for you event look no further. They handle everything INCLUDING the bar and booze at a very reasonable price. I seriously can't thank them or rave about them enough. We will for SURE be reaching back out to them for any other event we might have!

Colby and his team were excellent bartenders at a wedding I attended! They set up the bar efficiently and handled a large crowd of 150 people with ease, ensuring minimal wait times for drinks.

They served everything: beer, wine, and mixed drinks. However, the most memorable aspect was the high-end cocktail recipes they crafted specifically for the wedding couple.

In addition, they were super friendly and attentive to guests' needs throughout the event, often remembering repeat customers and their drinks of choice.

Excellent bartenders from start to finish!

If you are having a wedding or event, you absolutely need this crew as your bartenders! Colby is who I was in contact with before the wedding and he was amazing to work with. He was kind, answered every question I had, and is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He also not only created 5 different cocktail creations for us to try (so we would know that we had the right one for the wedding), but he even went out of his way to drop them off for us. The bartenders are one of the most important vendors at a wedding because they control the vibe and Colby and Evelyn were high energy, sweet to guests, accommodated everyone's requests, and were just awesome to interact with. We had multiple people tell us how great they were and we felt proud that we picked such perfect bartenders. Other thing! Fresh squeezed juices for the drinks were important to us because we hate pre-mixes generally since they are too sweet and just don't taste the same as fresh. Colby's drinks were so fresh and amazing that you could barely taste the alcohol which is exactly what we wanted.

Colby and his team bartended our annual client event. I would highly recommend Modern Bartender for any event! They provided all the ice, liquor, beer, wine, mixers and a beautiful, clean bar display. They had a professional and enthusiastic demeanor, great communication in the coordination process and we will definitely be hiring them again! And the drink were delicious!

I love the complete customization available. Being able to select which liquors, how much, and creating a custom cocktail was perfect for us. Colby was extremely easy to work with and communications were quick. I was AMAZED at how fast the bartenders were at making all the custom drinks for our guests. There was never a line, and it was not from a lack of imbibing.

I worked with Colby on an event in March for my company. Loved working with him knowing he had everything covered from providing the actual bar/setup to a great selection of drinks, and taking good care of our numerous guests swiftly and efficiently!

I highly recommend him and I know we'll be using him for future events.

I have had the privilege of working with Colby and his team on multiple occasions. He is my first pick of bartending companies. Not only are he and his team professional, organized, quick, talented and excellent at what they do, they are a good time! They always engage with the client and make them feel welcome.

Also, Colby has created MANY custom cocktails that are divine. And even creates his own syrups.

When you hire the Modern Bartending team, you won't be let down!

Firstly, apologies to Colby, as I thought I wrote a review months ago! I hired Colby in January 2023 for my wife's 40th birthday party. From our first call, he did a great job of setting expectations and providing a few different options. The booking and scheduling process was easy, he worked with me on what items I should purchase and which ones he would supply. He was a great communicator throughout. On the day of the event, he arrived early enough to set everything up and be ready with plenty of time to spare. He made some wonderful cocktails and many of the guests commented on how nice he was. He made sure both me and the wife had a beverage whenever we needed one. At the end of the evening, he broke everything down and cleaned up and made sure not to leave any trash behind. It was a pleasure to have Colby and we plan to hire him again for future events! I strongly recommend hiring Modern Bartenders for your next event.

My husband and I are big cocktail enthusiasts and had a vision for a very cocktail focused bar menu/selection at our wedding. During our initial search for bartenders for our wedding we were disappointed in the options available to us, until we found Modern Bartender. After our initial conversation I had utmost confidence that Colby could pull off what we had envisioned. Fast forward to the wedding day and he not only pulled it off, he exceeded expectations. Our guests ended up drinking so much more than we had originally thought because of how good the cocktails were. But don't worry, we didn't run out because Colby also recommended the right amounts of everything! Colby was professional, accommodating and very communicative throughout the planning process and we 1000% recommend him to anyone looking for a seriously good bartender for their event.

Colby was fantastic. I reached out to him on kind of short notice for a work event and he was phenomenal! My supervisor raved about him the next day and already has us booking him for another event coming up. His service was top notch, the guests loved him, he was professional, polite and so helpful cleaning up at the end. We will definitely continue using his services. Can't recommend him enough!

Colby was hands down one of our best vendors to work with! Planning a destination comes with many challenges and luckily for us, Modern Bartender was an easy decision. We originally hired MB for our wedding day but when we downsized, we unfortunately no longer needed a bartender for our new venue. With no questions asked, Colby refunded our deposit. Fast forward to re-planning our welcome dinner. We needed a bartender again! Colby penciled us in, let us know how much alcohol we should get, and rose to the occasion. Everyone loved our signature drink-a habanero margarita in which he prepared the habaneros himself. We cannot thank you enough for playing a part in our wedding weekend, Colby!

We had Modern Bartender come in from AZ for our work event and they were amazing! Every guest raved about Colby and his attention to every detail. I feel Colby and his staff went above and beyond creating amazing drinks for our event and having the best demeanor to every guest! Highly recommend this company!
