Research Interest
Genetics/genomics data analysis, statistical/machine learning for complex data, high-dimensional data analysis, and data science challenges. She applies her expertise to big data analytics in engineering, neuroimaging, epidemiology, and biomedical science. Recently, I started to work on time series forecasting using social media data like Google Trends and developing statistical methods to evaluate AI-based healthcare tools in predicting stroke outcomes. (Talk to me about the opportunity for Research Assistant!).
Biostatistical Consulting
As a biostatistician consultant at UT College of Medicine/Erlanger Hospital, I assist researchers with clinical trials by reviewing protocols, designing clinal trials, conducting sample size and power analyses, performing data analyses, and collaborating on publications and grant applications. View Biostatistical Research Group website.

More About Me
When I’m not working, I’m happiest spending time with my family. I have two lovely daughters ( Emma at college and Elly at high School) who keep life fun and full of surprises. My husband and I both work here at UTC — it’s nice to share not just a home, but also a campus! Outside of work, I love being outdoors. Hiking, yoga, and gardening are my favorite ways to unwind and recharge.
