Uniona: Karma Match  App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Uniona: Karma Match app (the ‘App’) developed by [insert legal or official name of developer] (the ‘Developer’) processes information relating to users, as well as what data is collected, how it is used, transferred and protected. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

The App does not ask users for their name, email address, telephone number or other personal identifiers. However, when using certain features (such as Tarot Portrait creation), the user may be prompted to enter their date of birth. This information is used solely for the generation of personalised results and is not stored on third-party servers. All calculations take place locally on the device or are processed within the functionality of the App without identifying the user.

In addition, the Application may collect technical information including unique device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV), device type and application usage information. This data is used to ensure the correct operation of subscription functions, as well as to analyse anonymised statistics of interaction with the interface (e.g. via Firebase Analytics tools). User payment information data is not collected or processed by the Developer, as subscription processing is performed exclusively through the StoreKit API and App Store infrastructure.

Developer does not transfer data to third parties, except in limited cases where it is necessary for the use of third-party services involved in the operation of the application. Such services include: Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) - for analysis of anonymised data on user behaviour within the application; Apple StoreKit - for subscription management; App Store Connect and other Apple services required for distribution of the application. All third party services used are in compliance with the Apple Developer Programme License Agreement and applicable privacy laws, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

The Application does not store data entered by users on remote servers. Information such as date of birth or open layouts is processed on the user's device and deleted when the app is uninstalled. The user has the right to request deletion of anonymised analytical data at any time by sending a request to the contact address below. We do not collect cookies, but we do allow the use of SDKs that enable analytics or subscription features to work correctly, within Apple standards.

Users have the right to: access information that may be relevant to their use of the Application (if any); request deletion of relevant data (if stored within the scope of permissible technical operations); seek clarification of any aspects of this Policy.
