Mobilizing Strategies LLC is a registered Limited Liability Corporation in the State of Arizona, founded and led by Lupe Conchas. The business operates both in person and virtually, offering maximum convenience and flexibility.

Through insightful consulting and custom-tailored strategies, we empower each client to overcome obstacles, establish robust foundations, and achieve success. Together, we are tearing down barriers, constructing trust, and achieving victories to cultivate a brighter and more inclusive future.

Lupe Conchas (Founder/Lead Consultant)

Lupe Conchas is currently the School Board President in the Alhambra Elementary School District, serves as the Western Regional Organizer for the ONE Campaign, and holds an at-large Vice Chair position on the Arizona Democratic Party Executive Board.

His journey is one marked by a background of extreme poverty, where the concept of starting a small business seemed like an unattainable dream. In the fall of 2023, he founded Mobilizing Strategies LLC with the vision that, collectively, we can foster enduring change and a more inclusive society.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience as a community organizer, Lupe has successfully initiated sustainable food programs to support hungry college students, orchestrated advocacy meetings with the White House, delivered compelling keynote speeches to diverse audiences, tirelessly canvassed tens of thousands of doors in the scorching Arizona summer heat, published insightful articles in higher education journals and magazines, managed local school board campaigns, and dedicated his time and efforts to two Presidential campaigns.
