Medlock. - will lead participants forward through the process of making artifacts available for academic research. The Workshop is FREE and open to the public and will focus on SHSMO services and outline the process for donation of an organization's records and artifacts which will be housed in the SMSMO archives and made available to the public. A.J. will be walking participants through the process of collecting, organizing, and donating an organization's "papers" such as their mission statement, meeting notes, positions statements, publications and distributed materials, photos, cultural, historical, or educational milestones of significance to your organization.

The process is not limited to organizations. SHSMO seeks family documents as well! The SHSMO Center will also host (optional) tours of the collection and offer opportunities to engage with the wonderful art collection on display at the Mercantile Library as well. More details to come soon!
