Attendance Policy: Attendance is required at all Alliance trainings and cohort connections. An unexcused absence is one in which proper absence notification was not given to the VISTA Leader. A member with more than one unexcused absence is in danger of not completing their term of service successfully and losing out on their end-of-service benefit. 

In case of illness or emergency, members should notify their VISTA Leader via email and make alternative arrangements to make up the training.
