If your school needs to leave later, please notify the contest manager, Kim Keller, and we will work your performances in as you arrive and there are openings in the schedule. No school needs to travel in weather if they feel unsafe. As always, student safety is our number one priority.

BUS PARKING - Please drop at the front of school and park the bus in the east lot.

Spectator parking in the lots to the west and south of the school.

Please enter through front door on the west side of the school

New for 2026!

We have new dressing rooms! The dressing rooms are located in the new east addition of the school. There is also a counter with a mirror and sink in the hallway - please feel free to use that for hair and make-up. We will have signs pointing the way.

Please use these dressing areas in place of the bathrooms whenever possible.

ONE ACT PLAY - There is a new ramp on the east side of the school - you can easily load and unload your set pieces using this ramp and the wide hallway to access the auditorium.

CONCESSIONS - Ice cream, Pulled pork, Hot Dogs, Chips, Donuts, Breakfast Pizza, Water, and Pop! There will also be a coffee truck located outside for anyone who needs a hit of caffeine to get through the day!

Photo Area - There will be a photo area located at the south end of the gym for you to take group photos. Just remember to leave the stools behind!

Bus Driver Lounge - Room 104 - We will have coffee and donuts for our drivers

Weapons Policy - No real weapons of any kind are allowed on the MNW campus. Coaches are asked to notify Kim Keller ahead of time if any fake weapons will be used during a performance to avoid any unnecessary confusion or alarm. All fake weapons necessary for a performance will remain in the secure possession of the coach until the performance. Fake weapons will not be carried by students through the hallways, but instead remain in a container or in the possession of a coach until they reach the performance center. All such "weapons" will be non-functioning facsimiles or toys.
