Frome College Parent Technical Support

1 - Go to the Frome College Arbor portal: https://frome-community-college.uk.arbor.sc.

2 - Click "First time logging in?"

3 - Enter your email address in the pop-up box and press "Set password".

4 - You will then be emailed a link from office@fromecollege.mnsp.org.uk.

Please check your junk/spam folder for the email and allow 24 hours for it to arrive. If it doesn't arrive please contact our Data Team to ensure your email is correct on the system, and we would also encourage you to add this email sender to your safe senders list and try again.

1 - Switch to the web version of arbor accessed here: https://frome-community-college.uk.arbor.sc. It's best to access this from a desktop-pc or laptop if possible.

2 - Click "Forgot your password?"

3 - Enter your email address in the pop-up and press "Request password reset".

4 - You will then be emailed a link from password-reset@arbor-education.com.

Please check your junk/spam folder for the email and allow 24 hours for it to arrive. If it still doesn't arrive please add this email sender to your safe sender list and try again.
