NetSmartz is an online safety education program. It provides age-appropriate videos and activities to help teach children be safer online with the goal of helping children to become more aware of potential online risks and empowering them to help prevent victimization by making safer choices on- and offline. 

Net Cetera is an online guide, developed by the Federal Trade Commission, to help families support their children in safely navigating the Internet. The 54-page PDF is filled with ways to minimize online risks, and breaks the information into advice for kids of different ages. The guide also contains a section with advice for safe cell phone usage. 

Common Sense is the nation's leading nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of all kids and families by providing the trustworthy information, education, and independent voice they need to thrive in the 21st century. Their website contains information to help families support their teens in navigating an increasingly connected world in a safe and responsible way.
