HEY KIDS! HAVE A HAPPY, HAPPENING BREAK!!

Summer time is fun time. Enjoy this season by participating in lots of fun activities and spending more time with your family and friends.

Guess what? We have decided to go with fun activities that will help you spend noon time in a very enjoyable way. So kids sit back, relax, enjoy yourself to the fullest, freshen up and reach us back with full enthusiasm and experiences.

But don’t forget to devote sometime for your studies. If you want to overcome your weakness related to studies, hesitation in speaking, dancing, reading, writing , etc., then join us for summer camp (starting from 15th May 2017) for best coverage in short period to groom your personality and master various skills.

Wishing all of you a very enjoyable and fun-packed summer break.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Parents are requested to only guide their kids while doing the assignment.
2. Originality of the work will be appreciated.
3. Project/Homework will be assessed on the basis of neatness, creativity and originality of ideas.

HOW CAN I BE INDEPENDENT?

Become more independent by learning the following activities:

1. Buttoning and unbuttoning of your shirt.
2. Laying the table.
3. Eating food on your own.
4. Folding mats and clothes.
5. Arranging your toy shelf.
6. Learning to tie shoe laces and wearing socks.
7. Learning how to zip your school bag and uniform.
8. Sorting and pairing of household items.
9. Shampoo hair on your own.

MORAL EDUCATION:

1. Recite prayer daily in the morning and at bed time.
2. Always wish good morning and good night to elders.
3. Learn how and when to use the magical words: Thank you, Sorry, Please, Welcome, Excuse me.
4. Give respect to your elders and show love to your young ones.

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT:

1. Go for a morning /evening walk daily with your parents/grand parents.
2. Play indoor and outdoor games.
3. Avoid junk food.
4. Eat fruits and vegetables to beat the heat.

SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT:

1. Learn emotions. Draw faces showing different feelings — happy, sad, angry and understand their meanings.
2. Interact with friends and cousins in positive manner (e.g., sharing, helping , etc.)
3. Help your elders.
4. Help your mom in keeping the house clean.
5. Learn to greet and shake hand.

HEALTH TIPS:

1. Drink as much water as you can.
2. Avoid artificial beverages.
3. Drink fresh lime, coconut water, fresh juices, etc.
4. Exercise daily.
5. Avoid television and cartoons.
