Overview

The Just In Time PD for December focused on empowerment and engagement strategies for teachers to use in their classroom. This PD also introduced a new tool available to teachers: Pear Deck.

Learning Targets

1. Teachers will be introduced to strategies to empower students in order to increase the level of engagement.

2. Teachers will apply and reflect on an empowerment strategy of their choice and collaborate with their cohort peers.

3. Teachers will engage with a PearDeck lesson.
