JSIAM Algorithms for Matrix / Eigenvalue Problems and their Applications
日本応用数理学会「行列・固有値問題の解法とその応用」（略称：MEPA）研究部会では，横断型学会である日本応用数理学会の特長を生かし，線形方程式，固有値問題，特異値問題などの各種解法やその並列化，計算機実装などの研究者と，これらの方法を利用する幅広い応用分野の研究者が互いに交流することで新しい問題解決手法を見つけることを目的としています．
The Matrix and Eigenvalue Problems and Their Applications (MEPA) Research Group of the Japan Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics aims to find new problem-solving methods through interaction between researchers studying various solution methods for linear equations, eigenvalue problems, singular value problems, etc., as well as their parallelization and computer implementation, and researchers in a wide range of application fields that utilize these methods, taking advantage of the cross-disciplinary nature of the Japan Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics.
