About Me
My name is Allicia Wiggins although most people call me Wiggy.
My pronouns are she/her and my title is Ms.
I have two kids, a 25 year old daughter and a 17 year old son.
I love reading, camping, going to the beach, traveling, playing board games, and am always down for a BBQ. I love to eat but I'm not a very good cook.
My favorite flavor of ice cream changes with my mood, I love trying new foods, and am constantly adding things to my bucket list. That bucket list is being worked on regularly, too. Recently I ate a Philly cheese steak sandwich in Philadelphia, went ziplining, and took a trip to Aruba.
Herpetology is my jam and I have 8 snakes! Five of them are ball pythons of all different morphs (colors and patterns). Most of them are rescues and they are my scale babies. I also have a frog, a dog, and a cat. My daughter has a cat and my son has a snake in addition to my creatures. We love animals in our house!
I think I'm pretty funny, and sarcasm is my second language. I am open minded, love laughing, and am a silver linings kind of person.
CSU Chico is where I got my BS in Mathematics and Chapman University is where I got my MA in Instructional Technology and California Teaching Credential. I am currently working on my second Master's degree in Mathematics at the American College of Education. I've been teaching math since 2006 and have taught at the middle and high school levels in California and Oklahoma.
Pi is my favorite number and blue and purple are my favorite colors.
If there is anything you'd like to know, ask. I'm an open book (mostly).
Kindness and effort.
Those are the two requirements in all of my classes.

Please note that Khan Academy doesn't have Integrated Math 1,2, or 3 as options. Use the search bar to find what you need help with (for example "graphing systems of linear equations"). This will give you instructional videos to watch and even practice problems to make sure you're understanding the concept.
