Meet the Teacher
My name is Mrs. Vang, and I will be your child's teacher for 2022-2023 school year. I have been teaching for 8 years and have taught kindergarten, second, third, and fourth grade. When I am not busy with school, I enjoy outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with my family. I look forward to getting to know all of my new students and their families.

ClassDojo is an excellent way to reach me throughout the school year. I'll be using ClassDojo to update families on events, remind about deadlines, and keep in contact with all the new families. Please feel free to message me whenever you need to. I will respond during school hours until 3:30 pm.

Grading Policy
Grading Policy
Students are assigned practice work and tests through a combination of Google Classroom and paper assignments within class. These assignments and tests will be used for their grades. If students are missing work, they have 3 days to turn it in late.

For example, if there is an assignment on Monday, it must be turned in by Thursday night at the latest.

Once student work is graded, it is returned to students. If students want a higher grade they have 3 days to redo the work and resubmit the assignment. This also applies to paper assignments.
