School Supplies Needed:
1 Thick Spiral Notebook (you need to provide on your own)
Colored Pencils - I will provide you with your own individual box of 12 BUT a box of 24 is better so if you want that, you will need to get on your own
Uniform for Sporting Events
Pants and/or Shorts - Must be black or khaki. Shorts must be mid thigh length and not too tight
Sports Medicine Polo Shirt - We will fundraise for this as a club to help offset the cost but each shirt does cost about $40 each
OPTIONAL: Sports Medicine Windbreaker - We will fundraise for this to help with the cost, they typically cost around $50
