These blends are crafted for everyday nourishment, special occasions, ceremonial gatherings, women’s groups, cafés, spas, and intentional wellness businesses. Each tea is created with care so it not only tastes wonderful, but also carries meaning, purpose, and intention.

Your birth experience is sacred, and you deserve to feel supported, empowered, and well informed every step of the way. As a certified Doula and Infant Feeding Specialist, I provide physical, emotional, and evidence-based guidance before, during, and after birth; helping you and your family to welcome new life with confidence and peace.

Whether you desire to birth at home or in a hospital setting my role as your doula remains the same. To create a calm and loving environment where your choices are honored and your needs are met. Together, we’ll craft a birth and postpartum plan that supports your wellbeing and celebrates the beauty of your journey.

My doula care is for the mother who wants to be deeply supported, intentionally prepared, and lovingly held through birth and beyond. I walk beside families with education, emotional care, spiritual grounding, and gentle advocacy so you can feel peaceful, protected, and fully present as you welcome your baby earthside.

Monthly CommuniTea Gatherings

Come together on the 4th Friday of most months to vision, plan, cook, eat, play, and strengthen community. Bring something from your garden, farm, kitchen, craft, to share, trade, or sale; and provide the tea!

Children Are Welcome

At the Wellspring Gathering and our seasonal Full Moon gatherings. We believe healing, music, conversation, and community are meant to be shared across generations.

Rest and Stay Awhile

For guests traveling from farther away, overnight accommodations may be available during select ceremonies, retreats, and events. Come prepared to rest, reconnect, and feel at home.
