Mr Ugo provides strategic oversight for the Human Capital Management (HCM) function as part of the senior leadership team. He anchors the corporate services engine at Mixta Africa, ensuring alignment between HCM initiatives and broader organisational priorities, with a focus on governance, direction, and executive support.

Temi leads the HCM department across all subsidiaries , providing strategic direction, oversight, and coordination across the full employee lifecycle. She serves as the primary liaison between the HCM team and executive leadership, ensuring alignment of people strategy with organizational goals. Temi also actively supports team leads for effective team management.

Total Rewards Specialist

Adam manages Total Rewards and payroll processing—managing compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, and recognition programs to deliver competitive, equitable, and aligned reward practices.
