Lab Calendar

This shared calendar is our primary tool for scheduling all lab work and events, such as training, workshops or meetings, and also for keeping track of work hours. It's important that we all use the same shared calendar so that we're safely and courteously coordinating use of the lab space.

All lab volunteers who have completed their training should have editing access to the calendar. When you go to schedule, pick a date and time that already has a lab manager (Bethanny, Bryan, or Kelsey) scheduled and add your own your name and time so that the lab staff can see who will be in the lab each day. Make sure that you're selecting the Arch Lab calendar from the event drop-down menu rather than adding it your own personal calendar.

Remember only two students per lab manager can work in the lab at one time.
