I am a PhD candidate in economics at West Virginia University. I specialize in health, behavioral, and experimental economics. More specifically I focus on the behaviors and economic impacts of substance use primarily in treatment and prevention. I utilize both econometric and experimental methods to test how people who use drugs interact with community organizations and each other to reduce the harm associated with substance abuse.
I grew up in Olympia, WA and completed my Bachelors of Arts in Economics at Seattle Pacific University in 2019. I currently live in Morgantown, WV with my husband, two dogs (Wilma and Griffey), and cat (Betty).Â
