Sri. Sandeep Dhikale underwent his education through the traditional Gurukul system at Tattwadnyan Vidyapeeth in Thane, where he completed a seven-year course in Indian Philosophy, Culture, and Sanskrit from 2003 to 2010. He earned a master's degree in Sanskrit with distinction from the Department of Sanskrit and Prakrit at S.P. Pune University, Pune, and a B.A. in Sanskrit from Tilak Maharashtra University, Pune. He also completed several courses such as 'Philosophy, Science, and Religion' from Edinburgh University, UK, and 'Science of Well-Being' from Yale University, USA. Mr. Sandeep previously served as an assistant professor of Sanskrit at Ferguson College in Pune, and he has qualified for the UGC-NET in both Sanskrit and Hindu Studies. Presently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Sanskrit at Deccan College in Pune. Currently Sri. Sandeep is serving as an assistant Professor of Peace Studies with a responsibility of Peace Studies coordinator for Dept. of Law, Commerce & HMM at MIT World Peace University, Pune India.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sandeep has been the recipient of numerous awards, prizes, and certificates, such as the 'Vagvardhini Parishad Pramanpatram' by Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetham (Tirupati Sansthaan), the 'Appasaheb Jog Prize,' and many others. He has been a lifelong student of Sanskrit, Indian Philosophy, Indology, Sahityashastra, and Meditation since 2009, under the tutelage of Prof. Dr. Sahebrao Nigal, Prof. Ravindra Muley, and Prof. Milind Patre. Additionally, he has studied Poetics and Dramaturgy under the guidance of Prof. Jayanti Tripathy (former Head, CASS S.P. Pune University).

Sri. Sandeep has also worked as a former Research Assistant at 'Maharshi Sandipani Rashtriya Vedavidya Pratishthan' Ujjain, where he conducted research on Vedashaka and Veda Pathan Paddhati. He also worked as a Research Assistant for the UGC Major Research Project - 'शुक्लयजुवेदीय-ग्रन्थानुसारी इष्टिप्रयोगः' at the Centre of Advanced Study in Sanskrit, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. Furthermore, Mr. Sandeep has presented over 20 research papers at various international, national, state-level, and local-level conferences.
