Submitted papers must contain between 4 and 6 U.S. letter pages, including all figures, tables, and references. All submissions must be written in English.

Submissions should be formatted using the standard IEEE template for Microsoft Word or LaTeX available here. Authors should indicate their names and affiliations on the first page of the paper. All submissions must be in PDF format and render without error using standard viewers (e.g., Acrobat Reader). Submitted papers must differ significantly in content from previously published papers and must not be currently under review for any other publication.

Accepted and presented papers will be included into the IEEE Xplore. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present their work at the conference, otherwise their papers will be removed from the digital libraries of IEEE after the conference.
