I am Calvin Leung, a PhD candidate in physics at MIT. This is my website. Please click the links to find out what I like to spend my time thinking about!
About the background: I love optics! The above is an Sagnac interferometer that I built for a loophole-free test of Bell's inequality that I did at the University of Vienna. I no longer work on quantum optics, and I think about interfering radio waves from fast radio bursts rather than single photons on a tabletop. But, one should never forget that the best science is often connected to whatever machine that makes the data!
