Weekly Activities
Week 1 Ahoy Matey!
Students will engage in engineering as they build pirate ships, pirate swords, pirate spy glass and other objects using recycled materials.
They will build a pirate ship using Lego sets for displays to develop problem-solving and logical thinking.
Students will visit a maritime museum and engage in programmes that will teach them about sailing and sea life.
Art and Design will develop their creativity and allow them to express themselves in different ways.
Science experiments will wow and inspire students to love science.
Students will learn a pirate dance to exercise their bodies and accelerate their memory.
Students will code a pirate game seeking treasures to develop logical thinking and sequential skills.
第1週 アホイ・マティ
海賊船、海賊剣、海賊スパイグラスなどをリサイクル材料を使って作り、エンジニアリングに取り組みます。
展示用のレゴセットを使って海賊船を作り、問題解決と論理的思考を養います。
海洋博物館を訪れ、セーリングや海洋生物について学ぶプログラムに参加します。
アートとデザインでは、創造力を伸ばし、さまざまな方法で自己表現ができるようにします。
科学実験では、生徒を驚かせ、科学を好きにさせます。
海賊ダンスで体を鍛え、記憶力を高めます。
宝物を探す海賊ゲームをコーディングし、論理的思考力と順序性を養います。
Week 2 Activities: Under the Sea
Students will explore different seas around the world, learn about the life forms within them and explore experiments related to seawater and freshwater environments. They will use electrical technology to add light to their aquariums.
Art and Crafts will be a big feature this week as students design aquatic scenes and aquariums using recycled materials which show different types of sea creatures and plant life.
Dance and movement will see students becoming more balanced and coordinated as they dance to 'Under the Sea from the hit show 'The Little Mermaid'.
Students will visit an aquarium in Tokyo to see different types of aquatic life at a closer glance.
第2週のアクティビティ: アンダー・ザ・シー
生徒たちは、世界中の様々な海を探検し、生物について学んだり、海水や淡水の環境に関する実験を行います。電子技術を使い、水槽に光を加えたりもします。
今週の大きな魅力は、美術や工芸です。生徒たちは、リサイクル素材を使い、さまざまな種類の海の生き物や植物、そして水景や水槽をデザインします。
ダンスとムーブメント(運動)では、大ヒットした「リトル・マーメイド」の「アンダー・ザ・シー」を踊ることで、生徒たちは、バランスと協調性を学びます。
生徒たちは東京の水族館を訪れ、さまざまな種類の水生生物を間近で観察する予定です。
Week 3 Activities: Pirates Sports Day Camp
Students will explore different sporting activities relating to modern sports under the pirate theme.
Students will go to a sports complex each day to exercise and learn different games and techniques. These games include; indoor soccer, badminton, basketball and volleyball.
Movement is a major part of the learning as it relates to the pirate-themed games which will help with the development of fine and large motor skills, balance and coordination as well as teamwork and sportsmanship.
Students will visit the Olympic Museum to take a look at how sports have evolved over the years.
Students will have their summer school game playoffs on the last Friday with the games they created and or learnt.
第3週目：Pirates Sports Day Camp
海賊をテーマに、現代スポーツに関連する様々なスポーツ活動を探求する。
生徒たちは毎日スポーツ施設に行き、体を動かし、さまざまなゲームやテクニックを学びます。室内サッカー、バドミントン、バスケットボール、バレーボールなどをします。
運動は海賊をテーマにしたゲームに関連する学習の主要な部分であり、細かい運動能力、大きな運動能力、バランス能力、協調性、チームワーク、スポーツマンシップの発達に役立つ。
生徒たちはオリンピックミュージアムを訪れ、スポーツがどのように発展してきたかを見学します。
最終日の金曜日には、自分たちで作ったゲームや学んだゲームを使って、サマースクールゲーム大会を行います。
