Locating Your Asset Tag The asset tag is located on a sticker on the bottom of your device (note that sticker designs may vary slightly based on the device's age and your school affiliation). The asset tag number is the alphanumeric code located directly below the barcode.
Note: Asset tags consist strictly of letters and numbers—no spaces or dashes. Please be sure to provide the complete asset tag number when submitting a support ticket.
