STAR 360 is a quick online assessment that students will complete at the beginning of the school year or within 2 weeks for new enrollments. You will receive an email with all the needed information once the assessment window is open.

You will take this at the BEGINNING of the year, MIDDLE of the year, and again at the END of the year.

This is a great tool to use to show growth and to see what your students need to work on.  Also, check out Our Approach to Testing.

TK-K student:

• Take ONLY the Early Literacy Assessment

• Need headphones or speakers to hear the audio portion.

• TK students are not expected to have any letter or number sense knowledge, and parents can support the student with administering and navigating the assessment.

1st grade (not fully reading yet)

• Take BOTH the Early Literacy AND the Math Assessment.  If the student is successful with the Early Literacy, they can attempt the Reading.

1st-8th grade (reader)

• Take BOTH the Reading and Math Assessment NOT Early Literacy.  Have scratch paper available.
